About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Impact, a leading partnership management platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather client requirements throughout the sales process and develop solutions to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Deliver in-depth product demonstrations to enterprise clients and support sales teams as a product specialist and primary technical resource.
  • Lead technical conversations and suggest best workable solutions for complex deals.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our onboarding teams to provide the best customers' experience for new clients and help streamline onboarding.
  • Support sales and presales teams as a product specialist and technical resource for complex deals and general knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing company.
  • Familiarity with affiliate and/or digital marketing industry.
  • General top-level understanding of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, API, and File Transfer Protocol.
  • Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives.
  • Proven performance in implementing tracking in a previous role.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions.
  • Self-starter and voracious learner willing to be out of their comfort zone.
  • Natural curiosity leading to a deep understanding of the client's challenges.
  • Phenomenal problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to any audience, from end users to C-suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian.
