Job Responsibilities

You will assist De'Longhi Group in establishing and refining the Compliance & Information Cyber Security vision and strategic objectives for the organization.

You will be part of the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department, reporting directly to the Group General Counsel, who oversees the organization's security and governance, risk management, awareness, and adherence to industry standards and regulatory obligations.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee and actively monitor the internal compliance program to ensure the Group operates in full accordance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as accepted business practices and internal policies, by leading risk assessments and monitoring activities in line with local legislation.
- Implement and manage compliance initiatives in Italy as per Legislative Decree 231/2001, focusing on the monitoring and enforcement of the Organization, Management, and Control Model.
- Support the activities of the Supervisory Body as per Legislative Decree 231/2001, including organizing periodic meetings, preparing documentation, and serving as the main point of contact.
- Manage the Privacy Compliance framework, offering guidance on data privacy matters and coordinating with the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Provide legal counsel to the Group Departments to ensure privacy considerations are integrated at all levels.
- Advise on the performance of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and assist Group business functions in conducting these assessments.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes both within and outside the Group, as well as evolving best practices in compliance management.
- Oversee the development, revision, implementation, and enforcement of information security governance, including policies, standards, and procedures.
- Identify and recommend suitable security controls in accordance with internal standards and key industry best practices, ensuring their effective operation.
- Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective action and remediation plans for identified issues, risks, or vulnerabilities.
- Support the management and escalation processes for information and cyber security incidents.
- Contribute to the innovation process in cyber security.
- Develop and deliver training on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures, and implement Cyber Security awareness programs to enhance understanding of information security and compliance risks and best practices.

Job Profile

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a multinational, publicly traded company with a profound understanding of compliance issues and a strong culture surrounding compliance requirements.
- Expert knowledge of data security and protection principles, procedures, standard methodologies, and the implementation of privacy programs, particularly in relation to GDPR.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards and best practices regarding Information & Cyber Security Governance, along with experience in security practices and solutions.

Skills
- Strong working knowledge and experience with risk management methodologies and procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and respond to their needs while working towards solutions.
- Proficient in English is essential.
- Strong commitment and reliability.
