Senior Accounts Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Officer to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Record and process financial transactions in accordance with accounting procedures and policies.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts, including bank statements, supplier invoices, and customer payments.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist the Financial Controller in preparing financial reports, including tax, VAT, and VIES reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Candidate Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek languages.
  • Proven writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Company Benefits:
