Bethanie, a leading not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider, is seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join its team at Bethanie Como. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, working collaboratively with the Registered Nurse to develop and implement personalized care plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out personal care plans in consultation with and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Assisting in assessing residents and ensuring all documentation is up to date and in accordance with company requirements
  • Contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs and wants of residents
  • Communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contributing to teamwork within the workplace

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Previous experience in an aged care environment or with dementia care
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
