About Sun Chemical

Sun Chemical, a leading producer of packaging and graphic solutions, color and display technologies, functional products, electronic materials, and products for the automotive and healthcare industries, is seeking an IT Technical Support Expert to join its IT Infrastructure unit in Caleppio di Settala.

Your Tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining local IT services within the boundaries of Corporate IT policies, applying Corporate policy where necessary, and educating local business on policy. Additionally, the IT Technical Support Expert will act as a local subject matter expert for IT, fix user issues, and keep up to date with IT trends and industry standards.

Your Profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as IT-Specialist or completed studies in the field of IT
  • Work Experience of 3-5 years desired
  • Experience with technologies such as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 and Windows server operating systems
  • Profound knowledge of Linux OS and Virtual Machines Management
  • Strong ability to manage deliverables from creation to implementation while maintaining budgetary constraints and target dates
  • Fluent in English as well as strong communication skills
  • Full Driving License
