Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to provide administrative support in our Commercial Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, handling communications, and performing data entry and updates.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects from primary stages through completion
• Assist with communications and outreach
• Assist with data entry, updates, pipeline, invoicing, and transaction management
• Qualify interested tenants and buyers
• Prepare and edit transactional documentation and other correspondence
• Assist with market surveys, property and space comparisons, data analysis, and other deliverables
• Provide lease reviews, abstracts, and basic financial analysis
• Track assignment updates and update client communications
• Respond to internal and external client requests for data and information
• Show space as requested
• Track and triage transaction documents
• Ensure marketing has thorough, accurate, and prompt information, imagery, and documents
• Manage content for third-party profiles and social accounts
• Track upcoming events and award opportunities
• Process meeting requests, organize, and oversee the calendar
• Assist with travel arrangements
• Perform miscellaneous special projects and administrative functions as requested
Qualifications
• Two+ years of administrative experience in the real estate industry
• Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license preferred (or willingness to obtain near-term)
• Intermediate Microsoft and database management proficiencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively prioritize deadlines
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Maintain professional, discretionary, and proactive performance
