We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to join our team at DFL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the treasury function, ensuring accurate and timely financial procedures and controls are in place.
Key Responsibilities- Process payments and bank transfers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Monitor and manage bank accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues;
- Develop and implement effective financial procedures and controls to minimize risk and ensure accuracy;
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Treasury Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation;
- Support the development and implementation of a new ERP system for treasury operations.
- Proven experience in accounting or treasury operations;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
