TXT e-Solutions Spa, a leading international provider of software solutions and services, is seeking a skilled Aviation Systems Trainer to enhance our teaching materials and deliver comprehensive training courses for electromechanical systems and electroavionic systems.
**Job Overview:**
As an Aviation Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for updating, modifying, and implementing teaching materials in line with aircraft configuration changes, modifications, and the introduction of new features. You will provide theoretical lessons through Front Lessons for various maintenance specializations and conduct practical lessons on the aircraft for different maintenance specializations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Update and expand teaching materials according to aircraft configuration, modifications, and implementation of new features;
- Provide theoretical lessons through "Front Lessons" for different maintenance specializations;
- Deliver practical lessons on the aircraft for different maintenance specializations.
**Technical Skills Required:**
- Knowledge of plants and systems (hydraulic, pressure, flight controls, electricity generation, APU, fuel);
- Familiarity with avionics system architectures;
- Understanding of data bus technologies (MIL 1553, RS422, ARINC 429, 3910);
- Awareness of communication protocols;
- Knowledge of air navigation systems;
- Ability to present technical content in English.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Knowledge of military organizations and structures;
- Experience in instruction techniques or previous experience as a trainer.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or degree in a relevant field;
- Good attitude to customer relations, also in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to adapt to the dynamics of the company.
