We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Adecco Italia. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management system is up-to-date and compliant with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

• Implement quality guidelines and procedures for the plant and in coordination with other departments, in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and disseminate quality guidelines, procedures, and key performance indicators within the company to maintain and achieve high-quality standards.
• Analyze and monitor regulatory requirements related to certification systems to ensure a continuous update of the Quality System.
• Manage efficient relationships with external accreditation bodies, acting as an interface with the management and internal departments.

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a quality management role in a structured company operating in the metalworking, automotive, or carpentry sector.
• Deep knowledge of IATF and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong analytical, managerial, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be based in the Bra area (CN) and will work full-time.
