Job Description:
This role is part of our Ethra Reserve property team in Puglia, Castellaneta Marina (TA). As Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire guest experience, from welcome to departure, ensuring each guest receives personalized attention and exclusive services. You will collaborate with other departments to address guest inquiries and requests, manage complaints effectively, and collect feedback to improve the guest experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role within the Hospitality sector, preferably in luxury Hotels or Resorts.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong guest-oriented focus.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and meticulousness.
- Impeccable appearance and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
