Job Description

 As an Electrical Project Lead, you will oversee the execution of electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading project teams to deliver electrical projects on schedule and within budget;
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation;
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements and client expectations;
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent qualification);
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a project management role;
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Inventor.
