Youth Soccer Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Soccer Coach to join our team at Soccer Shots Franchising. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading 35-40 minute soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, promoting character development through positive reinforcement, and ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown.
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
Utilize Soccer Shots' curriculum and teaching techniques.
Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes.
Follow safety and attendance protocols.
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Requirements:

No prior sports/coaching experience required (We provide paid training).
Energetic, reliable, organized.
Drivers license.
Access to reliable transportation (car).
Ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills.
High school degree.
