Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of the warehouse operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations, including process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements.
- Collaborate with the site manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and other key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other business partners.
- 2-5 years of experience in large-scale automated fulfillment operations, preferably in the e-commerce, fashion, or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
- Experience with P&L and budget management, with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
