About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team at Kids&Us. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of various ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Prepare and deliver engaging English language lessons using our proprietary teaching method, incorporating music, games, stories, and arts and crafts.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing guidance and support to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with students, their families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students, demonstrating a professional and approachable demeanor.
Requirements
  • Teaching Experience: While prior teaching experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher) is required.
  • Certificate of Carichi Pendenti: You must have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
  • Interest in Working with Children: A genuine interest in working with children and a passion for education are essential.
  • Planning and Organization Skills: Strong planning and organization skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Team Player: A collaborative and team-oriented approach is vital for success in this role.
What We Offer
  • Fixed-Term Contract: A fixed-term contract until December.
  • Part-Time Schedule: 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher.
