Synergie Italia S.p.a. is seeking a skilled Gastronomia Specialist to join our team in Borgomanero.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our gastronomy department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a supermarket, restaurant, or sales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the gastronomy department, including ordering, stocking, and displaying products
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Prepare and display food products, including slicing meats and cheeses
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and increase sales
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a supermarket, restaurant, or sales environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
We offer a part-time contract with 20 hours per week, working on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday. Our team is committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment, and we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
