Adecco Italia S.P.A. ricerca un/una professionista per un ruolo di Customer Service/Customer Care all'interno di una multinazionale olandese.

Descrizione del ruolo

La persona selezionata dovrà gestire l'intero flusso di evasione degli ordini, garantendo la soddisfazione dei clienti e la conformità alle procedure aziendali. Le attività principali includono:

  • Gestione degli ordini arretrati;
  • Gestione del rapporto con i clienti;
  • Gestione delle richieste dei clienti in merito agli aggiornamenti delle date di consegna e alle questioni relative agli ordini;

Per questo ruolo, si richiede:

  • Laurea in Economia o similare;
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ruoli simili;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (B2);

Inquadramento: CCNL Commercio RAL in base all'esperienza. Contratto a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità fino a dicembre.
