Noi di Engineering Industries eXcellence siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Consultant EPM per la nostra divisione Digital Technologies. Il candidato ideale sarà un professionista con esperienza maturata in società di consulenza direzionale su progetti di implementazione e gestione di soluzioni EPM presso prestigiosi clienti italiani o internazionali.

Attività e responsabilità:

  • Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti funzionali dei nostri clienti;
  • Disegnare modelli e processi in ambito Pianificazione e Controllo, Reporting e Consolidato;
  • Implementare i nuovi modelli e processi sia lato back-end che front-end attraverso l'utilizzo delle più comuni piattaforme di mercato di EPM;
  • Supportare il cliente nelle varie fasi del progetto ed integrarsi proattivamente con il team di progetto;
  • Supporto al project management;
  • Supporto alla definizione della strategia di evoluzione dei sistemi ed organizzazione in ambito EPM;
  • Attività di Coaching delle risorse più Junior.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:

Il candidato ideale sarà un professionista con le seguenti qualifiche e competenze:

  • 5-7 anni di esperienza maturata in società di consulenza direzionale su progetti di implementazione e gestione di soluzioni EPM presso prestigiosi clienti italiani o internazionali;
  • Laurea magistrale preferibilmente in Economia, Ingegneria o altre materie scientifiche;
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi e modelli di pianificazione e controllo, reporting e bilancio consolidato;
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in mobilità anche a livello internazionale;
  • Capacità organizzative, correlate a propensione al lavoro per obiettivi, teamworking, proattività e flessibilità;
  • Eccellenti doti di comunicazione e presentazione.

Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali:

  • Possesso di certificazioni sulle principali piattaforme EPM;
  • Conoscenza SAP HANA/BW;
  • Conoscenza ABAP;
