Main Activities

Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile di garantire un flusso informativo interno efficiente e veloce, applicando la metodologia LEAN. Inoltre, sarà coinvolto nella definizione e organizzazione delle attività per implementare le strategie aziendali, collaborando con le funzioni di Qualità, Finance e Risorse Umane.

Responsabilità

  • Garantire un flusso informativo interno efficiente e veloce;
  • Definire e organizzare le attività per implementare le strategie aziendali;
  • Trasferire opportunamente gli obiettivi aziendali ai responsabili delle funzioni operative di Produzione e Logistica;
  • Gestire strategicamente gli impianti produttivi e le risorse ivi impiegate;
  • Garantire il rispetto della pianificazione della produzione di commesse macchina e Ricambi;
  • Garantire il rispetto dei parametri di qualità della produzione richiesti ed il rispetto dei flussi finanziari preventivati;
  • Collaborare attivamente per l'implementazione di progetti di miglioramento in ambito produttivo, logistico, IT e di manutenzione degli stabilimenti, utilizzando operativamente la metodologia LEAN.

Requisiti

Fondamentali/Must have

  • Pluriennale esperienza in aziende produttive metalmeccaniche e che operano su commessa in ruoli analoghi;
  • Laurea triennale/magistrale in Ingegneria e/o discipline tecniche;
  • Esperienza nell'applicazione e diffusione della metodologia lean;

Preferenziali/Nice to have

  • Master in ambito lean/supply chain sarà considerato titolo preferenziale;
  • Leadership e Problem management;
  • Propensione a lavorare con metodo e precisione;
  • Competenze di pianificazione;
  • Team working.
