Marni has been a leading brand in the luxury segment since 1994, recognized for its artistic approach to fashion and commitment to excellence.

We are looking for a talented Store Designer to join our Store Planning team at our headquarters in Milan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and developing store layouts, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and delivering projects on time within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design store layouts from initial sketches to 3D images, adhering to corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Store Planning Team to develop new concepts and support project processes.
  • Facilitate communication between suppliers, regions, wholesale clients, and all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure timely project delivery, within design scope and budget.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, while ensuring technical feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong working knowledge of Autocad, Photoshop, and 3D software (Rhinoceros + 3DMAX con V-Ray).
