About the Role

Erm Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Culture Consultant to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training and workshops in occupational safety and health protection for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site diagnostics to assess the current safety culture and develop tailor-made solutions to build a strong safety culture in our client companies.
  • Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and support the development of preventive measures to minimize accidents and environmental impacts.
  • Provide advice and support to our clients in the implementation of standards and legal regulations in the area of occupational safety and health protection.
  • Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to ensure they comply with current best practices and legal requirements.
  • Travel regularly to our domestic clients to provide on-site support and training.
Requirements
  • Completed studies or comparable training with a focus on environmental protection, occupational safety, health, or sustainability.
  • Proven experience as an HS expert with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection.
  • Experience in conducting training and workshops as well as implementing safety cultures in companies.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Team player with a passion for environmental protection and sustainable business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English skills.
