**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Infrastructure Engineer to join our Global Support Function Corporate Information & Quality Management team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement LAN, WAN, firewall systems, and WLAN environments at our European locations;
- Collaborate with application specialists, users, and product experts to design custom-fit infrastructure solutions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner;
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for supported solutions;
- Provide second and third-level support in the network environment;
- Manage and collaborate on projects related to network, security, and infrastructure.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and services;
- Experience designing and operating (W)LAN, WAN, and firewall solutions in an enterprise environment;
- Proficiency in AD, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
