About the Role

At Witailer, we are seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks, with a focus on Vue.js and Nuxt.js.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on front-end features.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of code and ensure all code is readable, well-commented, and efficiently structured.
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks (Vue.js and Nuxt.js).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern build tools.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, Cypress, etc.
  • Ability to enhance team competence by mentoring, leading code reviews, promoting best practices, organizing training, encouraging a learning environment, fostering innovation, and ensuring documentation.
  • Ability to empower team autonomy and establish a feedback culture.
  • Previous experience with e-commerce projects, especially within the Fashion&Design industry, is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, and good communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Italian.
