**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Geometric Convergence Specialist to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our body-shop team, you will be responsible for managing the geometric convergence of vehicle sub-assemblies in the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the geometric convergence of single parts and sub-assemblies;
  • Collaborate with the line manager and integrator to monitor progress and implement process modifications;
  • Apply client processes for adjustment of assembly tools in the body-shop;
  • Verify the 3D measurement, conformity, and repeatability of checking fixtures and measurement fidelity;
  • Analyze measurement results, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans;
  • Apply client analysis methods to correct severe defects;
  • Implement client processes (production green light, Chronomap, and Last-fit);
  • Monitor the geometric monitoring plan of the sector (3D measurement);
  • Alert the project team in case of significant deviations (escalation process);
  • Share geometric convergence progress with partners (clients, suppliers, and partners).

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • CAD skills: PLM, CATIA V5;
  • Excellent English communication and understanding skills (written and spoken);
  • Bonus: Geo Analysis skills: SESAME, Q-DAS, PowerBI.
