Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of capital projects across the European region, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Accountable for safety, scope, schedule, quality, and cost on assigned projects.
- Resource Management: Responsible to assess resource requirements for each project and implement a suitable organization using internal and external resources.
- Stakeholder Communication: Responsible for regular communication to Sherwin-Williams stakeholders on project portfolio including people, safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sherwin-Williams teams including Manufacturing Site personnel, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance, EHS, and Research and Development (RD) as required.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular site visits to support project teams, assess team health, and manage risk.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a capital projects environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to assess alternatives and deliver the lowest cost solution that meets user requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
