- Data Quality Control: As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of HR systems, specifically SAP HCM, for Italy. Ensure that employee data is up-to-date and accurate, and provide support to other countries' HR teams by monitoring their data quality and training them on best practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain high-quality HR reporting, propose improvements, and collaborate with the People Admin team to ensure seamless information flow from payroll to SAP HCM.
- HR Digital Transformation: Contribute to the development of digital and analytics solutions to meet the needs of HR Business Partners and the Center of Competence.
- Educational Background: A scientific background or equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR or data-related roles, with proficiency in HR systems, analytical tools, project management, and collaboration.
- Data Management and Analysis: Expertise in data analysis tools, data cleaning and manipulation, and data visualization.
- HRIS and Payroll Systems: Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and payroll systems; skilled in data entry and maintenance.
- Reporting and BI: Proficient in reporting tools like Power BI and KPI tracking; skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Data Privacy and Compliance: Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
