Job Description

Staff Spa is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with a focus on food safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gestione documentale del sistema qualità aziendale (aggiornamento e implementazione di procedure, documenti di registrazione, manuale qualità, HACCP);
  • Redazione di schede tecniche prodotto, etichette prodotto finito e documenti per export USA;
  • Controllo e approvazione delle grafiche;
  • Mantenimento delle certificazioni in essere (BRC agents & brokers, BIO, IFS, etc...);
  • Gestione degli audit (interni ed esterni) e delle verifiche ispettive;
  • Gestione rapporti con enti certificatori e di controllo;
  • Gestione dei portali dei clienti;
  • Gestione non conformità e reclami e analisi dei dati;
  • Verifica e gestione della documentazione del Sistema Qualità dei fornitori;
  • Formazione del personale per tematiche del sistema qualità;
  • Aggiornamento legislativo, in particolare per tematiche export;
  • Gestione sinistri, ritiri e richiami;

Requirements:

  • Laurea in scienze e tecnologie alimentari ed equivalenti;
  • 3 anni o più maturati in analoga mansione in ambito food;
  • Indispensabile competenza nell'elaborazione di etichette alimentari e loro approvazione sulla base delle rispettive normative territoriali con particolare riferimento al mercato US;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta;
