Job Title: Maintenance Shift Engineer
About the Role:
The Shift Engineer at Four Seasons is responsible for diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, ensuring timely and professional service to maintain guest satisfaction and adhere to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment and maintain detailed logs.
- Identify and repair various equipment components throughout the property.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and address emergencies efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the Engineering department.
- Support energy conservation efforts within the hotel.
- Assist in training department staff on equipment operations and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of building maintenance and computer systems.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
