We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting to join our team. As a Finance and Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and optimize CFO's responsibility processes to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate representation of processes in current regulations pertaining to CFO structures.
  • Draft and update regulations concerning CFO structures with support from resources dedicated to overseeing operational aspects.
  • Provide support to Chief Risk Officer in identifying operational risks within Finance domain and mapping them.
  • Define and maintain plan for permanent controls across all CFO structures.
  • Ensure timely execution of first-level controls required by regulations for all CFO structures.
  • Conduct accounting audits/controls and assist Head of Accounting in quarterly accounting sub-certification process.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Auditing Firm or Finance&Accounting Processes and Controls role.
  • Substantial knowledge of Accounting principles.
  • Dynamic and positive attitude with proactive mindset.
  • Profound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (min B2.2).
  • Multicultural mindset and flexibility to work in international environment.
