We're opening our third Social Hub in Italy and second one in Florence, a bustling neighborhood surrounded by local bars, restaurants & shops, and a few steps from the Centre of the city. The Social Hub Belfiore will operate around 549 rooms, a Boulevard with commercial activities, a thriving co-working community, restaurants, and a 7.000 sqm rooftop with a pool and green areas.

Your Mission

We're looking to onboard a Beverage Connoisseur by a certain time. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks that complement our vibrant atmosphere. Your creativity and expertise in mixology will enhance our guests' experience, making each visit to our bar(s) a highlight of their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests, offering personalized service and making drink recommendations.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift.
• Maintain knowledge of our beverage offerings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
• Assist in event bar setups and private functions.
• Assist in general front-of-house duties, including seating guests and answering queries.

What It Takes

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or high-volume bar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a flair for customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods.
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive attitude.
• Multitasker who loves putting skills to good use.
