La risorsa selezionata, riportando direttamente al Direttore Commerciale, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Seguire i processi di recruitment end-to-end per l'implementazione di consulenti assicurativi, dalle campagne marketing, fino alla fase successiva all'inserimento;
  • Implementare i processi di Recruitment;
  • Supportare attivamente le fasi di colloquio;
  • Seguire l'agenda settimanale di organizzazione del lavoro prestabilita;
  • Partecipare alle fasi di assunzione candidati, fiere, eventi, forums ed open days (employer branding);
  • Eseguire e presentare report con frequenza giornaliera, settimanale e mensile;
  • Gestire le routine amministrative legate alle assunzioni ed alla fase di onboarding;
  • Collaborare con il team, implementando processi strutturati e mantenendo una comunicazione diretta e chiara, fornendo feedback quando necessario.

Il/La candidato/a ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti:

  • Esperienza diretta nel ramo recruiting, con preferenza in ambito Assicurativo;
  • Spiccate capacità organizzative;
  • Competenze relazionali efficaci tali da potersi relazionare con le diversi componenti aziendali conseguendo l'obiettivo in un'ottica di coinvolgimento e partecipazione reciproca;
  • Accuratezza e precisione;
  • Dimistichezza nell'uso dei gestionali e del pacchetto Office.
