About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing business strategies that unlock better growth for our clients. With a strong background in consulting and a passion for entrepreneurship, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive commercial growth and revenue
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and lead project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of relevant consulting experience in Banking and Payments
  • 2+ years of leading and managing teams and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and with a great drive
