Deputy Outlet Manager Job Description

At Marriott International, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Outlet Manager to join our pre-opening team at Casa Brera in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our luxury lifestyle hotel team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, leading a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service.
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures and company guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence in food and beverage operations.
  • Manage controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in food and beverage, preferably in the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • Fluent English and intermediate Italian language skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of HACCP policies and procedures, with a focus on food safety and quality.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and promote small to medium-sized events, driving revenue growth and guest engagement.
