Your Role
As an E&A Instructor at WLSA, you will develop high-quality training services for the energy and marine markets globally. Your main responsibility will be to develop training contents and related simulators, and deliver courses in our training centre, at site or virtually, for both external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop the needed competences and skills for assigned new product trainings.
2. Set up and develop the training equipment and simulators.
3. Support the sales, planning, and execution of training activities for customers and own personnel.
4. Customize standard learning solutions for specific target groups.
5. Lead or participate in projects where technical knowledge and experience are needed.

Requirements
1. Excellent knowledge and operational experience with the automation systems of Wärtsilä products, for both Marine and Power Plant.
2. BSc or MSc in Engineering or similar area.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4. Other languages are a plus.
5. Quality, safety, and environmental skills.
