Marketing Manager Livestock - Ruolo di Responsabilità

La nostra azienda Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Marketing Manager Livestock. Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di coordinare e gestire il team Marketing della BU Livestock, con l'obiettivo di supportare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business per le aree di competenza assegnate.

Responsabilità Principali:
  • Sviluppo e Implementazione di Strategie di Marketing: sviluppare ed implementare con il proprio team le strategie di marketing sul mercato italiano per le aree di competenza, coordinandosi con il proprio supervisore e la Region per il posizionamento dei prodotti.
  • Analisi delle Tendenze di Mercato: garantire l'analisi delle tendenze di mercato nel medio-lungo periodo, monitorando costantemente gli sviluppi e le azioni dei competitors.
  • Gestione del Team di Marketing: gestire e coordinamento tutti i componenti del team Marketing Livestock per sviluppare adeguate strategie dei singoli business e della BU Livestock.
  • Organizzazione di Eventi: organizzare e realizzare di Congressi e Simposi, assicurando l'accuratezza e l'efficacia della presentazione dei lavori della nostra Azienda Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) nelle aree di competenza.
  • Sinergia con il Dipartimento Digital e Multichannel: sinergia con il Dipartimento Digital e Multichannel per assicurare lo sviluppo di strategie di marketing innovative e di avanguardia.
Requisiti e Competenze:
  • MBA/Laurea in Marketing:
  • 3/5 anni di esperienza professionale nel marketing:
  • Esperienza di People Management:
  • Esperienza nella gestione di progetti:
  • Conoscenza del mondo digital e social:
