Job Summary
The Specialist for Data Digital and IT (DDIT) Operations ITOT Automation Engineering will collaborate on the OT scope of Semi-automated and Automated lines being deployed and operated across the RLT Network. They will participate in establishing, maintaining, and improving the automation processes with respect to site buildings, equipment, and utilities, and support all automation projects and initiatives.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Process Control Systems, including coding and recipes for DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and Control Networks.
Implement and maintain historian configurations for modules, visualization, and OPEX.
Manage software change controls related to automation and system changes.
Design and implement Master Batch Records (MBR) for MES.
Develop and deliver OT activities such as backup and recovery, patch management, remote access, and user access.
Prepare equipment specifications, execute health and safety risk assessments, and manage project commissioning and handover.
Improve the availability and reliability of technical services, including infrastructure and utilities.
Support audits, implement technical standards, lead improvement projects, and develop talent.
Enhance the reliability and condition of assets, establish maintenance processes, and investigate deviations.
Develop strategies and frameworks for managing vendor and contractor contracts.

Requirements
1+ year of engineering experience in Automation, in OT, in Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in resolving software/automation/OT problems and maintaining reliable operation of all building control/automation/OT and related systems.
Ability to own and develop automation solutions that are consistent with the specific needs of the manufacturing environment while complying with and supporting global standards.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions.
Skills in C&Q within the automation (CSV).
Knowledge of GxP/HSE & Quality systems.
English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
