Job Title: Marketing & Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Business Data Analyst to join our team at Maccaferri. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights that will inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for leveraging data to drive business objectives and innovation.
  • Lead the strengthening of a solid data culture based on the understanding of market and customer dynamics.
  • Analyze large sets of data to produce actionable insights and create analysis and reporting to support Business Units and Regional Markets.
  • Develop custom data models, algorithms, and predictive models to support the identification of business patterns and inform business decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics.
  • Drive market research activities, such as market sizing, competition, and customer segmentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Support the implementation of processes to collect, organize, and manage data through databases.
  • Support the adoption of Business Intelligence tools and CRM.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, and good PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of Python, VBA, and/or other programming languages.
  • Understanding and utilization of CRM tools and Marketing Automation.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Result-driven attitude, thoroughness, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills.
