Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing current processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
  • Designing CRM solutions that align with business objectives and channel requirements.
  • Leading the implementation phase with suppliers, ensuring the solution meets specifications and is delivered on time.
  • Tracking the performance of implemented solutions, gathering user feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends and best practices to continually enhance the CRM strategy and distribution models.
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure end-users can effectively utilize the system.
  • Collaborating with the investment advisory team to manage running activities and issues that could arise over time.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance or economics or related fields.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing projects related to investment channels distribution.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM solutions are a plus.
