We are in search of a Backoffice Specialist for Direct Markets to enhance our Sales Support Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing business inquiries and overseeing the organization of Developer targets and Frequent Survey Preparation, Updates, and Evaluations.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing special offers and pricing inquiries;
  • Handling holiday requests from dealers;
  • Managing requests for delays or special considerations on ATEC;
  • Administering factory order processes (including budget checks and order approvals);
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new dealers;
  • Managing TECH-AIR dealer interactions (including proposal assessments and legal contracts);
  • Maintaining data related to sales conditions;
  • Generating weekly reports (e.g., planning and verifying sales representative visits to accounts);
  • Reviewing and approving extra-budget travel expenses;
  • Analyzing and approving cancellations (a critical and time-intensive task);
  • Updating and verifying price lists (ensuring system maintenance);
  • Executing B2B activations.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or degree;
  • Experience in sales or related fields;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2);
  • Knowledge of German or French is advantageous;
  • Strong teamwork abilities and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment;
  • Passion for motorsports;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial.
