Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Product Specialist to join our Italy Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins on our products and consumables in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned territory
  • Plan and carry out regular visits to existing and potential new customers to monitor requirements and satisfaction levels, as well as business trends
  • Promote and develop our products and after-sales services in the assigned territory, as per defined targets
  • Support operating room and maintain continuous contact with hospital counterparties involved in the purchase process for medical devices
  • Evaluate product sales trends and direct appropriate actions to increase market share
  • Use available tools and programs to provide reliable and detailed sales forecasts and reports
Requirements
  • University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical chemistry and technology, or as X-Ray Technologist
  • At least 2 or 3 years of sales experience in medical device industry or related business
  • Experience with tender management
  • Ability to build up and develop a strong and consistent network
  • Fluent communication skills in English
Travel and Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to travel daily across the region of responsibility with 40% overnight travel
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
