Job Description

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Integration System Engineer to join its team in the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support system acceptance and integration with other on-board systems, ensuring normal operation according to test procedures and customer indications.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, performing corrective maintenance work as directed by the Client.
  3. Provide support for official testing, including preparation and execution of tests at the shipyard and sea trials.
  4. Conduct corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems during post-ship delivery phases, following Client directions.
Accountabilities
  • Verify installation of customer systems, including wiring, interfaces, and cable tapping.
  • Verify operability of integrated systems.
  • Verify ship integration.
  • Participate in shipyard testing.
  • Acceptance in the presence of the end customer, both in the shipyard and in sea trials.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED in Electronics or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering.
Qualifications
  • College graduates or surveyors.
  • Knowledge of laboratory instruments, such as oscilloscopes.
  • Willingness to travel/transfer between Riva Trigoso and Muggiano.
  • Experience in system installation, including combat systems, switching units, industrial PCs, alarm systems, and firefighting systems.
  • Experience with testing equipment and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer service activities.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS and programming tools is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to understand technical documents and standards autonomously.
