Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planning Senior Specialist to join our Retail Operations team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory along the Supply Chain to balance cost and service levels. You will create purchasing plans considering constraints, contribute to budget and forecast definition, and ensure the correct availability of materials and inventory buffer sizing to support Distribution Plans and Assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective inventory optimization strategies
  • Create purchasing plans considering time, costs, service levels, and budget constraints
  • Contribute to budget and forecast definition
  • Ensure the correct availability of materials and inventory buffer sizing
  • Support Distribution Plans and Assistance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Material Management
  • Degree in Management Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of purchasing and material planning, stock management, project management, SAP, MS Excel, and process analysis
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written
  • Proactive, flexible, resilient, innovative, determined, reliable
  • Ability to work in a team, propose solutions, and communicate with stakeholders
