Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Representative. As part of our airport operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting passengers, and assisting with transfers to/from Naples airport.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences, taking ownership of any customer queries or problems quickly and effectively. You will also prepare and deliver holiday essential information to customers in resort and provide a friendly welcome as they depart.
