About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Interior Design Expert Advisor to join our team at Louis Vuitton. As an ambassador of the Brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. Your primary focus will be on the Objets Nomades category, a unique collection of interior design products that reflect the Brand's commitment to excellence and style.


Key Responsibilities


  • Be an Exceptional Client Advisor
    • Provide expert advice on Objets Nomades category to Clients, supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.
    • Assess Client's home style and match with product recommendations, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and trends.
    • Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store, working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional Client service.
    • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the Objets Nomades category, staying up-to-date on product novelties and competitor activity.
    • Visit Client's apartments to participate in the delivery and cross-sell additional items, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Promote and Show Ownership for the Objets Nomades Category
    • Be the ambassador and role model for Home Design category, demonstrating a genuine passion and strong knowledge of the competition.
    • Master a deep knowledge of the category and be able to deal with the most demanding Client situations, providing solutions and recommendations that meet their needs.
    • Act as a proactive force for the Team Manager in developing the business, contributing to sales growth and Client satisfaction.
    • Interact with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure that the category is well displayed, creating an engaging and immersive experience for Clients.
    • Master all digital tools and promote their usage by the team, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and trends.
    • Catch-up with the Merchandising team for feedback, action plans, and product novelties, ensuring that the Objets Nomades category remains competitive and relevant.
  • Support the Store Team on the Objets Nomades Category
    • Be a point of reference for the category in store, sharing passion for the product and inspiring others to deliver exceptional Client service.
    • Partner with the Learning Manager to develop selling skills and product knowledge in the store, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet Client needs.

Requirements


  • Experience in Retail industry, with a strong understanding of Client needs and preferences.
  • Fluently in Italian and English, with a third language considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional Client service.
  • Excellent Client experience, with a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
  • Knowledge of basic design apps, a plus.
