Ferrara is a leading manufacturer of sugar confections, boasting a passionate team of nearly 9,000 employees creating and delivering hundreds of products sold under 20 popular brands. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise, analysis, and recommendations to support the growth and strategic decision-making of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer insights and analysis into drivers of change for key metrics: volume, price, margin, and profitability by brand and/or pack-type
• Identify fluctuations between the plan/forecast and actual sales trend, communicate with the sales team, and develop solutions to drive sales
• Execute trade management and support analysis for pricing events and promotions
• Communicate internally the status of all deductions via trade system
• Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience with CPG preferred
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• SAP and/or High Radius experience is a plus
