Cashier Operator - German Speaking

Costa Crociere is seeking a skilled Cashier Operator to manage onboard cash payments for guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting cash deposits and payments, delivering them to the Administrative Department, and ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with Company procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect cash deposits and payments from guests and deliver them to the Administrative Department.
  • Print and organize Costa Cards and related materials.
  • Collect and sort purchase guest checks to ensure they are ready for verification.
  • Collect and verify all payments to ensure that no guest leaves without paying on disembarkation day.
  • Manage and address all problems related to payments and cash collection.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
  • Client-oriented attitude.
  • Computer literate.
  • English knowledge B2.
  • German knowledge B1.
