Department Head

Primark, a leading international fashion retail company with stores in Italy and over 4,000 employees, is expanding its presence in the Italian market by opening new stores in the coming months.

As a Department Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of approximately 20 colleagues, a sales floor area of around 4,000 square meters, and a management team of at least 5 people.

Your Typical Day

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of at least 10 people and be the point of reference for other managers.
• Manage the commercial activities of your department: analyze key performance indicators and reorganize large volumes of merchandise.
• Ensure excellent sales standards for an exceptional customer experience.

The Manager We Are Looking For

• Determined to grow and become our future Store Manager for new store openings.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Retail/GDO industry.
• Experience in team management, training, and development.
• Dynamic and proactive.
• Available for relocation within the national territory, with the possibility of expressing a preference for at least 3 regions where we are present.

Primark will support your relocation financially, with a specific policy that provides a contribution of up to €1,200 per month for a maximum of 6 months.
