Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing mechanical components, including bent sheet metal and CNC-machined parts, as well as plastic material designs using injection molding technology.
You will also design cooling systems for electronic systems, define and maintain BOMs, prototype and test products, and interface with software, firmware, electronics, and quality departments during various development stages.
In addition, you will provide support for product documentation and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of 3D CAD design software, particularly SolidWorks
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design of complete machines with electronic parts
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 standards
- Previous experience in 'Design for Quality' methodology
- Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
