XTEL is seeking a highly skilled QA Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement QA processes across the Scrum team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide daily high-level reporting on test progress during releases, ensuring timely escalation of High/Critical issues and resolution within planned timelines.
- Manage bug management, reviewing test coverage of Test Cases and User Stories, and enforcing quality gates based on QA and Release strategies.
- Mentor and assess testers, ensuring they are trained and up-to-date with product modules, and provide hands-on involvement in testing when needed.
- Develop and implement test plans for releases, including manual, automation, and non-functional testing, and provide input to the release sign-off process.
- More than 2 years of Test Lead experience with a strong background in quality assurance and testing.
- People management and mentoring experience, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive test analyst experience in all test phases, with a strong understanding of test automation and bug management.
- Experience working in Scrum teams and a deep understanding of Agile methodology, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
