About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team at Givaudan. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the shop floor and Quality Control quality system and improvement programmes to drive quality performance, mindset, and customer satisfaction at site level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local shop floor quality system and improvement projects to drive quality performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Support Quality Control improvement projects, including process optimization, method development, and calibration.
  • Manage customer complaints and non-conformance issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Mentor and train Quality Control Technicians on testing procedures and SAP utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education with a proven track record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or fragrance industry.
  • Basic understanding of relevant quality control processes, including Ingredient Life Cycle Management, Vendor Quality, Customer Quality Requirements, and Formula Management.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, including Atlas, Athena, and SAP.
  • Basic understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems.
