About This Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Lead to join our team in Italy. As an Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, developing and growing their business, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients in the Italian market, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Campaign Optimization and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI and CPA targets.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute account growth plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Client Education and Upsell/Cross-sell Opportunities: Educate clients on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform features, ensuring they maximize their advertising potential, and identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell existing clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in results-driven customer-facing roles in Digital Marketing, preferably with experience in performance-driven campaigns.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of KPI-based campaign/client management, optimization techniques, and Ad Tech industry trends.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Italian.
