Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients in the Italian market, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Campaign Optimization and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI and CPA targets.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute account growth plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Client Education and Upsell/Cross-sell Opportunities: Educate clients on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform features, ensuring they maximize their advertising potential, and identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell existing clients.
- Experience: 5+ years in results-driven customer-facing roles in Digital Marketing, preferably with experience in performance-driven campaigns.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of KPI-based campaign/client management, optimization techniques, and Ad Tech industry trends.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluent in English and Italian.
